Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Pep Laboratories.

Due to the nature of peptide products, all sales are final. Peptides are sensitive products that may be affected by storage, handling, temperature, contamination, or tampering after delivery. For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped or delivered.

We only review refund, replacement, or store credit requests in limited cases involving:

  • Physical shipping damage
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Missing items from an order
  • Verified product quality concerns

If your issue does not fall into one of these categories, your order is not eligible for a refund, return, replacement, or exchange.


All Sales Are Final

As a peptide seller, all purchases are final once an order has been placed and processed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Improper storage after delivery
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Delayed use of the product after delivery
  • Claims made after the required reporting period
  • Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, or tampered with

Because peptides require careful handling and storage, we cannot accept returned peptide products back into inventory under any circumstances.


Research Use Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, products sold by Pep Laboratories are intended for research purposes only.

They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any other unauthorized purpose. By purchasing from us, you agree that you are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and usage restrictions in your location.


Eligible Issues

We may review a claim if one of the following applies:

1. Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, broken, crushed, or otherwise physically compromised, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer shipping package
  • Clear photos of the damaged product packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A description of the issue

Do not discard the packaging or product until we have reviewed your claim.

2. Incorrect Item Received

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the packing slip, if available
  • A description of what you ordered versus what you received

If the error is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Missing Item

If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the package contents
  • Photos of all packing materials
  • A copy or photo of the packing slip
  • Confirmation of the shipping box condition

If the missing item is confirmed, we may ship the missing item or provide another resolution at our discretion.

4. Product Quality Concern

If you believe the quality of a peptide product is not acceptable, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Lot number or batch number, if available
  • Photos of the product
  • A detailed description of the concern
  • Storage conditions after delivery
  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

Quality concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may compare your claim against internal quality records, batch records, Certificates of Analysis, third-party testing, or other available documentation.

A quality concern does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement. If we determine that the product met our quality standards at the time of shipment, no refund or replacement will be issued.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Peptides
  • Research compounds
  • Temperature-sensitive products
  • Opened products
  • Reconstituted products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products removed from original packaging
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Products reported after the claim window has passed
  • Digital products, documents, guides, or downloadable materials
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items

Due to safety and quality concerns, we do not resell returned peptide products.


Refunds

Refunds are only considered in limited situations, including confirmed shipping damage, confirmed order errors, missing items, or verified product quality issues.

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.


Replacements

If a replacement is approved, we will ship the replacement item to the original shipping address unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for replacement delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Weather events
  • Customs delays
  • Delivery refusals
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.


Shipping Issues

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, shipping times are outside of our direct control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Stolen packages
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned due to customer error
  • Customs delays or seizures
  • Import restrictions in the customer’s location

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at admin@peplaboratories.com. We may assist with filing a carrier claim, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund unless shipping insurance or another covered shipping option applies.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for address errors.


Storage and Handling

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of peptide products after delivery.

We are not responsible for product issues caused by:

  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to heat
  • Exposure to moisture
  • Exposure to sunlight
  • Failure to refrigerate or freeze when required
  • Contamination after opening
  • Improper reconstitution
  • Delayed retrieval from mailbox, parcel locker, or delivery location

Please review all product-specific storage instructions upon receipt.


How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or supporting documents
  • Date the package was delivered

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.


Claim Review

After we receive your claim, we will review the information provided.

We may request additional photos, documentation, or details before making a decision. Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund, replacement, or store credit request at our sole discretion.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can review the matter.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide order records, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, communications, and policy acceptance records to the payment provider.
